# Introduction

This site documents the ways your systems and your Coi store talk to each other.

## What's here

* **REST API** - endpoints you call on your own store's address to read and update **products**, **orders**, **registered customers** and **leads**. For ERP, stock and shipping systems, CRMs, Zapier / Make / n8n.
* **Webhooks** - reference for what Coi sends to YOUR server: when an order is placed, when a customer registers, and when a contact form is submitted. Coi is the caller there, so "Send" on them in the API explorer does nothing useful.

## Before you start

1. The REST API is part of the higher plans (Super and up).
2. Create an API key in the store's admin: **חנות > API ומפתחות**, and give it the permissions it needs.
3. Read [Getting started](/getting-started) - authentication, pagination, errors and limits - then pick an endpoint on the left.
